The dead are not gone they are only waiting for a bid. Somebody still holds every one of them, and a pair is the shortest way back up.
When a raiser coin is bought, its bonding curve takes the grave coin, so somebody has to buy the grave first. Price the dead in the dead and the corpse moves. When a grave doubles from its price at the first raise, it is marked risen and gets its own page.
